Alfredo started making this wine in 2014 in the town of Valtiendas (Segovia).
Moscatel de Alejandria 100%, planted on pebbly-clay soils at more than 1,000 meters above sea level.
Late harvest vintage at the end of October, the grapes were dried naturally, therefore the botrytis fungus affected giving the particular aromas of apricot and orange marmalade.
It was vinified on stainless steel tanks with autochthonous yeast.
